Refund and Returns Policy

Custom Portraits

For commissioned artwork, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds, as each artwork is one of a kind and made especially for you.

This does not apply in the unlikely event that your artwork is lost, or damaged on arrival. In this case, please get in touch as soon as possible. You will either receive a refund or a replacement. Most sizes of custom portraits are scanned on completion, and so it may be possible to provide a high quality print of your original drawing as a replacement.

Art Prints

In the unlikely event your print is damaged, a replacement will be sent free of charge. If your order is lost, a replacement or refund will be provided.

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your print(s), you may return your item for a refund. Please contact me within 14 days to let me know. You then have another 14 days to return the item

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
